The mission of Medical Oasis is to increase access to preventive healthcare for women by creating collaboration and partnerships. Educate stakeholders, community members, and medical leaders about the importance of decreasing the lack of access in healthcare for working women.

Meet the Founder/CEO
CHARLOTTE R. CLARK-ROWE
A Community Health Liaison with over 18 years of experience within nonprofit, academia, and medical industry. Ms. Rowe is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in health science with a specialization in community health. Being a native of Ohio and currently residing in Jacksonville, Florida, she has been the recipient of the Harriet Tubman Trailblazer Award and The Community Pearl Award for outstanding community service.
Ms. Clark-Rowe’s goal is to increase access to preventive healthcare for women by creating partnerships and encouraging collaborations throughout the community. In addition, her plan is to use partnerships and collaboration to provide access to care through a mobile health clinic.
